Jesus said a day was coming where we would worship in spirit and in truth.

I believe the only way a heart of worship grows is when we spend time getting to know Jesus. I was never fond of worship when I first started coming to church, it was weird. I couldn’t get past the music, and for many of us, music and worship but go hand in hand. But scripture gives us a deeper picture of worship, a more complete look.
23 But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
While the Bible is filled with songs of praise and musical elements, it is also filled with the truth that our lives are also tied to worship. Our response to Jesus is the song we sing, even more than the words we lift on Sundays. But how do we get there? How do we begin a life of worship?
